Inside Sales Manager - Banca

Job Description:

We are looking for Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting screening and training new agents.
• Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
• Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
• Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.
• Obeying agency regulations guidelines policies and ensuring staff do the same.
• Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.

Qualification:

• Any graduate (Post graduate prefer)
• Age range: 22 to 38 Years
• 2 years proven experience in insurance sales
• Must be local candidate
