Your Impact

In order to succeed with this mission we are looking for a Chief of Staff (m/w/d). As a versatile project manager organizer communicator and operator you will find a multifaceted role with plenty of opportunities for personal growth. Directly reporting to one of our founders and CEO you will be at the interface of all departments and your projects will require balancing relentless execution and strategic thinking.

Your Mission

• Sparring partner for our founders work closely together with them on strategic projects to drive growth and scale. Join all relevant meetings and own execution endtoend
• Support with investor relations and stakeholder communication. Reach out to new investors and prepare communications with existing and potential investors. Help to acquire new partnerships and take part in key negotiations
• Collaborate cross functionally to unblock unlock and drive change and ensure the organization is exceeding our targets and on track for key initiatives.
• Define overarching organizational processes bring them to life and continuously develop them further
• Provide data driven recommendations by accessing analyzing and synthesizing large data sets

Your Talent

• Professional experience in highperformance environments e. g. consulting investment banking VCs or startups
• Strong analytical mindset and comfortable around numbers
• High level of initiative together with a cando and handson mentality
• Pragmatic resultsoriented always willing to grow
• Team player that values collaborative relationships at eye level
• Fluent English and German
