Overview

• Responsibility for the conception, implementation and maintenance of operationally usable machine learning components, taking into account the complete end-to-end data science life cycle
• Conception and development of data science projects in close collaboration with various departments
• Driving innovations in the area of data science & artificial intelligence, applied to the automotive industry
• Implementation of the solutions together with your colleagues, depending on your requirements, on-prem (OpenShift) or in the cloud on our modern Azure Big Data analysis platform

  Education

• Relevant technical university education (computer science, business informatics, mathematics, statistics, data science or comparable course of study)

• Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and data visualization
• "Thinking outside the box" mentality and passion for data and new technologies in a rapidly changing business area
• Solid knowledge of the Python programming language as well as the willingness and joy to learn new things (e.g. PySpark)
• Knowledge of cloud big data platforms (e.g. Azure Databricks), as well as virtualization technologies (e.g. Docker, OpenShift)
• Ability to work in a team, work independently and have strong analytical thinking skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English

• Experience

• At least 2 years of professional experience in the areas of data science, machine learning, mathematics, statistics or similar fields of activity would be an advantage
