Position Title: Admin Assistant (With Social Media Experience)
Work Setup: Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (4 hours each for 2 Clients)
Salary: Php 25000.00 Php 30000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ADMIN ASSISTANT

Your Responsibilities as Admin Assistant (With Social Media Experience) would be:

Daily monitoring and management of all incoming and outgoing business communications as well as calendar of activities/meetings as required.
Organize and update database records reports and other administrative files.
Conduct online research and data collection as needed.
Data Entry.
Creative work with writing and social media assistance.
Assist with projects and other related tasks or duties as requested.
Ensure confidentiality of information and documents.
Other administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications as Admin Assistant (With Social Media Experience):

Graduate of any Bachelor s degree.
Minimum of 2 years proven work experience and track record as an Admin Assistant.
Social Media experience is required.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent time management and organization skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Handson experience with office management systems CRM Online office related software.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fastpaced quickly changing environment.
