Client Relationship Management:

inquiries.

Loan Processing and Documentation:
Assist clients in the application process for property financing ensuring all required documentation is complete
and accurate.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval.
Financial Consultation:
Conduct financial consultations with clients to understand their property financing requirements and
recommend suitable products and services.
Provide information on interest rates repayment terms and other relevant financial details.
Transaction Management:
Address client inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the entire property financing process.
Oversee financial transactions related to property financing ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal
policies and regulations.
Monitor and track loan disbursements repayments and other financial activities.
Risk Assessment:
Assess the creditworthiness of clients by analyzing financial statements credit reports and other relevant
documents.
Collaborate with risk management teams to mitigate potential risks associated with property financing.
Address client inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the entire property financing process
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to property financing.
