Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their Los Angeles CA office.
Ideal candidates are eager to learn motivated to do more and can work well independently and on a team. Our civil engineers are known for their strong technical design skills and being well versed in all phases of land development.
RESPONSBILITIES

Our client is seeking a Project Manager for their Los Angeles CA office.
Ideal candidates are eager to learn motivated to do more and can work well independently and on a team. Our civil engineers are known for their strong technical design skills and being well versed in all phases of land development.
RESPONSBILITIES
- Identify design criteria plus plan and execute effective designs.
- Provide direct client interface and spearhead plan processing at public agencies.
- Participate in marketing business development lead finding and pursuit of new work.
- Completion of administrative and finance responsibilities including invoicing monitoring proposals change orders timecard approvals and attending required meetings.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline from a fouryear college or university and civil engineering design experience of at least 10 years.
- At least 3 years of experience serving as the central design figure mentor to employees and lead for overseeing workflow of projects.
- Excellent problem solving decisionmaking communication and team building skills and abilities to manage a land development project from start to finish (entitlements through construction support).
- PE certification required.
