Customer Support with Italian Italiano

About the project:

You will be providing services for Italianspeaking clients by assisting them with any issues or questions related to the product or service offered by the company.

Your tasks:

• Receiving telephone calls from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning the product or service
  
• Management of incoming calls and email
  
• Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
  
• Handling clients requests: policy changes cancellations claims updating payment details
  

Requisitos

What you need:

• Fluency in Italian (must be at least C1)
  
• Fluent in English (at least C1)
  
• Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
