We here at Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting for a Studio Manager based in Dublin 12.
A full time opportunity at an established ecommerce studio specializing in visual production with fashion retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on day to day running of the production in line with ecommerce and retail requirements
- Over see a medium to large team of creatives who deliver industrial volume photographic content daily.
- You will lead and inspire the team to deliver the best ECommerce assets in line with changing creative and technical brief
- You will have exceptional client management skills and the ability to successfully lead a team with a strategic operational mindset while achieving targets and KPIs and supporting a senior management team
- Manage invoicing and studio administration
- Organize and lead departmental meetings
- Manage and implement all projects briefs re shoots and updates to Style Guides.
- Organizing and conducting talent castings negotiating IP rights and best industry rates
Essential Skills:
- Previous studio management experience is a must
- Understanding of retail Ecommerce industry and content specific asset production
- Interest and understanding of Photography and brand content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of managing and leading teams of operational staff in a high volume production environment
- Track record of relationship building and problem solving
- Understanding of retail and ecommerce environment and processes within retail buying teams and ecommerce operations
