IT Service Delivery Manager

1. Oversee the delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders.
2. Manage a team of IT professionals providing leadership and guidance.

4. Ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
2. Proven experience in IT service management.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in ITIL and other service management frameworks.
7. Knowledge of IT products and services.
8. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
