Job Description:

Our client is looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Officer to join their team focusing on driving growth within the Insurance and Training sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both industries and a proven track record of developing successful business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Insurance and Training sectors leveraging industry knowledge and market insights.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients expand existing relationships and achieve sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers.
  4. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of clients in the Insurance and Training sectors.
  5. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends competitor activities and opportunities for innovation.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients showcasing the companys products or services and value proposition.
  7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
  8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  9. Stay uptodate with industry developments regulatory requirements and best practices to inform business strategies and decisionmaking.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Age range: 3037 years old.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development sales or related roles within the Insurance and/or Training industries.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions.
  • Selfmotivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive for results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
