As a Project Coordinator your purpose will be to actively manage assets within the DAM ensuring they are up to date relevant and easily accessible to their intended audience. This entails aligning your efforts with the strategic direction set by the VP Growth Marketing and Departmental owners of the DAM and aiding other users in utilizing the system consistently with defined operational processes.

• All gaps in CVs must be satisfactorily explained.
  
• Proof of identity and where applicable qualifications will be required.
  
• Reference requests will specifically ask whether there is any reason they should not be engaged in situations where they have responsibility for or substantial access to persons under 18.
  
• Appropriate suitability checks will be required prior to confirmation of appointment.
  

• Upload digital assets to the DAM.
  
• Ensure assets are correctly filed named and tagged to maximize benefits.
  
• Perform housekeeping tasks reviewing the relevance of unused or outofdate assets to maintain relevance and currency in the system.
  
• Assist others in using the system and adhering to agreed practices.
  
• Collaborate with the DAM Management team to enhance and implement agreedupon best practices.
  
• Establish portals and collections to provide curated assets to the Sales team according to their needs.
  
• Facilitate the transition to new operational practices.
  
• Serve as a champion of DAM activity and assist others in engaging in the DAM according to agreedupon operational processes.
