Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in an Estate Agency role minimum 4 years.
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Strong valuation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of sales progression and processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.

Desired Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering results.
• Familiarity with the local property market in Middlesborough and North Yorkshire.
• Relevant industry certifications or qualifications.
