Interim Warehouse Site Manager

£55k 3 month ongoing contract
Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking for an opportunity where you can make a positive impact with your knowledge and experience
Are you a capable leader that has a strong track record of coaching teams to improved performance levels
What is the focus of the role
Whilst this is an initial 3 month ongoing contract there is a full time and permanent position that could be available to the right candidate.

What is the focus of the role
- Working closely with the European Operations Manager to ensure activity expectations for the inbound and outbound processing divisions are clearly understood and KPI metrics met.
- Supporting Team Leaders to ensure the full time warehouse operatives are upskilled with a coaching led approach.
- Ensuring a quality first focused working environment.
- Reinforcement of robust health and safety practices.
- Experience of leading and coaching teams of 30 in a warehouse processing/production environment.
- Evidence of influencing performance improvements.
- A strong understanding of quality processes and health & safety principles.
Whilst this is an initial 3 month ongoing contract there is a full time and permanent position that could be available to the right candidate.
