Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing AI projects within our organization. You will be responsible for planning executing and closing AI initiatives ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget. Your role will require a strong understanding of AI technologies excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

• Define project objectives scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  

• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
  

• Create and maintain project documentation including project charters risk assessments and stakeholder communication plans.
  

2. Team Management:

• Assemble and lead crossfunctional teams including data scientists engineers and domain experts.
  

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations.
  

• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  

3. Resource Allocation:

• Identify and allocate the necessary resources including human resources hardware and software to ensure project success.
  

• Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocation as needed to meet project objectives.
  

4. Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  

• Proactively monitor project progress and identify issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
  

5. Budget Management:

• Develop and manage project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
  

• Prepare financial reports and forecasts to keep stakeholders informed of project financial status.
  

6. Stakeholder Communication:

• Establish a clear communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
  

• Hold regular meetings prepare status reports and address any concerns or questions from stakeholders.
  

7. Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models and solutions.
  

• Work with the team to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success.
  

8. Project Delivery:

• Monitor project execution to ensure that AI solutions are developed and deployed according to project specifications.
  

• Manage the delivery of AI models applications or systems to endusers or clients.
  

9. Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

• Ensure that project documentation is comprehensive and wellorganized.
  

• Facilitate knowledge transfer from project teams to relevant stakeholders for ongoing maintenance and support.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Computer Science Engineering or related) required; Masters degree preferred.
  

• 2 3 years of experience in project management particularly in AI or machine learning projects.
  

• Strong understanding of AI technologies machine learning algorithms and data science principles.
  

• Project management certification (e.g. PMP Agile Scrum) is a plus.
  

• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  

• Problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
