- Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business processes and requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to the specific needs of the internal customer.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Accounting to provide specialized support and training to end-users.
- Participate in all phases of project life cycle – from initial planning and requirements gathering to implementation and ongoing support.
- Prepare and maintain documentation on process workflows and technical configurations within Dynamics 365.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
