Job Title: Professional Development Advisor/Sales Territory Representative International

Position Overview:

Join us as a Professional Development Advisor/territory manager where you will play a key role in developing the territory whilst guiding and supporting professionals and organizations in developing and maturity their environment. In collaboration with academic institutions IPMO Advisory offers joint PhD programs through AIPMO marking our commitment to advancing project management knowledge. As an integral part of our international sales consulting and professional development team you will forge close ties with clients understanding their training needs and tailoring development plans and training sessions to amplify their professional competencies.

Work location: This role welcomes applicants from key regions including Europe the USA Canada major Asian countries and Australia. Embrace the flexibility of working from home while staying connected with our global team through stateoftheart technology.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients target groups and opportunities.
  • Set territoryspecific targets and devise strategic business plans.
  • Generate leads and qualify them through cold calls email campaigns and social media (WhatsApp LinkedIn).
  • Collaborate with IPMO partner managers and consultants to craft tailored proposals.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle endtoend from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Negotiate terms pricing and contracts effectively.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of sales activities in CRM software.
  • Report regularly on sales progress challenges and opportunities.
  • Work alongside internal teams to refine training and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales coaching or professional development roles demonstrating the ability to influence growth and success.

Deep understanding of sales strategies territory management and sales techniques with the ability to apply these in diverse settings.

Experience in developing both major and minor accounts with a knack for upselling crossselling and securing repeat business.

Proficiency in crafting detailed training and consulting proposals showcasing our value proposition effectively to clients.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships with clients at all levels.

Excellent organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines without compromising quality.

.

Leadership qualities combined with the initiative and competence to work both independently and as an integral part of our global team.

Resilience under pressure and a goaloriented mindset with a consistent history of exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools enabling datadriven decisionmaking and strategy formulation.
