Tasks

Functions

  1. Management of rental rates discounts Customer Protection Plan and other income sources
  2. Watch controllable expenses to provide the highest R.O.I for each store
  3. Performs semiannual audits and facility checklists submits findings to the division office and ensures followup on any necessary action
  4. Utilizes management information tools and analyzes financial reports / P< addresses trends and issues in district performance
  5. Access external resources to support districtwide operations and to execute district and regional initiatives such as human resources revenue management procurement finance and marketing.

Requirements

Requirements

  1. 6 years of multiunit operations experience in one or more of the following: retail restaurant hotel leasing rental or other customer service operation with responsibility for operating 10 stores
  2. Previous Area Manager District Manager Regional Manager experience required
  3. An intensityfocused individual with excellent leadership interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills
  4. Bachelors degree preferred

  1. Passion for hiring developing and retaining top talent to deliver legendary customer experiences
  2. Solicits customer feedback and follows up on customer service issues
  3. Partner effectively with team members and other leaders to achieve goals and successfully implement business initiatives. Serve as a resource to provide expertise on various operational and customer related items
  4. Grow a portfolio of successful stores by learning the market and developing and executing districtlevel strategies to achieve goals specific to each stores strengths and opportunities.
