Your mission To coach learners in Adult Skills getting them prepped with the qualifications they need to ace their careers and life goals.

What youll be up to:

Lead and mark Maths and English sessions at our centres

Roll out topnotch engaging courses in English and Maths. Youre aiming to boost folks job prospects or get them ready for more learning.

Plan lessons that hit the mark for each learner. Your skills in teaching coaching and assessing will be key to guiding them through.

Keep a keen eye on how learners are doing making sure all your teaching ticks all the boxes for quality.

Offer a mix of training motivation and mentorship to help learners grow in all sorts of ways.

The nittygritty admin and strategy bits:

Keep learner records on the straight and narrow sticking to all those important standards.

Stay sharp and connected always looking to boost your own skills and knowhow.

Coaching and working together:

Have indepth catchups with learners keeping track of their progress and helping them along.

Keep an eye on how learners are moving forward coming up with smart ways to teach and learn.

Keeping things above board:

Be a champ for all the mustdo statutory responsibilities like Health and Safety and Safeguarding.

What makes you the right fit:

Ready to nab an Assessor Qualification if you havent got one already.

Youve got Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths English and ICT under your belt.

Youre savvy with delivering qualifications online.

Youre armed with a legit teaching qualification.

Other bits youll want to know:

Its a fulltime hustle 37.5 hours a week.
