Growth Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop growth strategies to enhance senior citizen communitys wellbeing.
• Optimize user experience for senior citizens driving adoption and satisfaction.
• Utilize data analytics for informed decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing sales and engineering teams for cohesive strategies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth.

Required skills and experiences:

• BS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4 years of experience in SaaS product management or growth hacking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for seniors wellbeing.
• Expertise in optimizing user experiences for diverse demographics.
• Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing for growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of healthcare and technology trends.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Responsible selfdriven and dedicated to making a positive impact.

Preferred skills and experiences:

• Experience in the healthtech industry.
