Job Description:

Must be proficient in identifying and facilitating the smooth execution of daily workflow operations. Collaborates closely with departmental management to ensure both production and quality targets are met. Must be skilled in meticulous data documentation and the preparation of concise reports encompassing production metrics rework instances quality assessments and line stoppages. Conducts thorough evaluations of produced items to ascertain compliance with specified standards. Provides clear interpretation of specifications blueprints and job directives to team members while delegating responsibilities effectively. Establishes and refines work protocols including Quality Work Instructions (QWI) to streamline operations and uphold superior work standards. Spearheads biweekly safety meetings to reinforce adherence to safety protocols identify potential hazards and maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 35 years experience in a manufacturing environment required.
