Job Description:
WYLD is seeking a dynamic and techsavvy Customer Engagement Specialist to join our vibrant team. This role is pivotal in expanding our community by managing our waitlist meticulously reviewing profiles using our analytics tools and inviting eligible users to join the WYLD platform. The successful candidate will also provide essential support to new members ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Waitlist Management: Regularly review and update the waitlist.
- Profile Review and Shortlisting: Analyze social media profiles using WYLDs proprietary tools to identify candidates who meet our eligibility criteria.
- Sending Invites: Proactively reach out to shortlisted candidates via WhatsApp and email to extend invitations to join WYLD.
- Support and Onboarding: Provide comprehensive support to new members addressing queries and guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Data Sanity Checks: Conduct thorough sanity checks on data to ensure accuracy and integrity during the onboarding process.
- Community Engagement: Foster a positive community atmosphere and engage with members to enhance their experience with WYLD.
Required Qualifications:
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient with excel and email management
