Job Title: Customer Verification Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking young energetic and smart individuals who are eager to begin a promising career as Customer Verification Officers. The primary role involves contacting customers via phone to explain Health Insurance products and generate leads. Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to explain health insurance products to customers.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to convert calls into sales.
  • Attend one month of free training to understand products customer service skills and lead generation techniques.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Secondary education (10th Pass) preferred.
  • No prior work experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
