Job Overview:
As a Network Marketing Specialist you will be a key player in promoting and advocating for our companys products and services through strategic network marketing initiatives. Your role will involve building and nurturing a network of distributors educating them about our company and driving sales in the dynamic and rapidly evolving market. Previous experience in network marketing particularly in MLM companies and a strong understanding of blockchain technology are essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Network Building and Nurturing:
Develop and maintain a strong network of distributors.
Educate distributors about our company products and services.
Foster relationships within the network to enhance collaboration and sales opportunities.
2. Communication and Education:
Effectively communicate the benefits and potential of our offerings to potential distributors.
Provide training and support to distributors to help them succeed in their roles.
Stay updated on industry trends and communicate relevant information to the network.
3. Product Presentations and Demonstrations:
Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers and distributors.
Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets in the market.
Utilize persuasive communication skills to convey the value proposition of our products and services.
4. Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and team performance.
Provide regular reports to management on progress challenges and results.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance.
5. Blockchain Technology:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
Stay informed about developments in blockchain technology that may impact the network marketing landscape.
Incorporate blockchain knowledge into marketing strategies to enhance the companys competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in marketing Business or a related field.
35 years of experience in network marketing preferably in MLM companies or related fields.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in the market.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
Experience: 35 years in Network Marketing MLM Companies trading or related fields
