Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical physical and instrumental analyses on raw materials intermediates and finished products.
• Utilize laboratory equipment and instruments to carry out experiments and analyses.
• Record and interpret data from experiments and analyses.
• Participate in method development and validation for analytical procedures.
• Conduct quality control tests and maintain accurate records of all tests performed.
• Prepare and standardize chemical solutions used in testing processes.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines in the laboratory.
• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members on projects and experiments.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on analysis findings and communicate results effectively.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laboratory techniques.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff when necessary.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements in all analytical activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biochemistry or related field.
• Proven experience in chemical analysis and laboratory techniques.
• Familiarity with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC GC and FTIR.
• Strong understanding of data interpretation and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation of test results.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines in the laboratory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous learning and commitment to professional development.
• Certification in Laboratory Techniques or related disciplines is a plus.
