Parttime Administrator with competent computer skills and plenty of common sense sought by friendly family run business to start as soon as possible and to be office based. Working hours are 9.30am to 3.30pm (with flexibility) Monday to Friday.

Your duties will include the following

Sending clients pro forma invoices booking couriers for shipments leaving the warehouse sending monthly statements to customers phone communication to clients suppliers and couriers sending daily invoices to customers via QuickBooks daily filing ordering office equipment updating clients on shipments chasing supplier enquiries for the sales team.

Hourly rate between 11 14 per hour depending on experience.
