Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lead CoOrdinator to join our backoffice team in Hillington.
The role will be Hillington based Monday to Friday 08:00 16:30.

We are looking for someone to provide knowledge on our client processes and systems to allow the backoffice team to continue supporting our customers and field operations team. The role will be a lead role looking for improvement and efficiency over all back office tasks those tasks would include owning the client customer journey from sale through to install working with field teams to ensure assigned works are completed on time including the coverage of any emergency on the day issues liaising with our construction teams to minimise disruption to the customer monitoring and updating customer complaints completing daily / weekly/ monthly reports for a business wide audience.
What will you be doing
As a Lead CoOrdinator your core responsibilities will be
- Provide knowledge as support & development to the backoffice team.
- Responsible for developing/building relationships with client and other parties during the course of the contract period.
- Ensure all information requested by Senior Management team and clients is correct and presented in a timely manner.
- Maintain an up to date understanding of technical contractual and commercial requirements of the Contract.
- Work with the Senior Management Team to ensure that overall contractual performance is maintained and supported at all times.
- Responsible for own health and safety and adhering to company policy and procedures.
- Responsible for ongoing personal development to assist the business
- Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the role
Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Operationally and commercially aware with proven experience in a support role.
- Strong analytical and technical skills are essential.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and exceed client expectations.
