Tasks

Role and responsibilities:

• Actively participating as trusted advisor of the Product Development Manager and his crosssectoral Product Team
• Informing and guiding the PMO Project Officer about the status and progress of the Product and what they should focus on
• Challenging timings and dependencies of the deliverables with the Product Team and PMO organization
• Translating inputs from PMO Project Officer into actions at Product Team level
• Preparing and facilitating progress reviews and key decision meetings and actively followup on agreements made during these meetings
• Driving completeness of all inputs from deciders in the product generation process.

Requirements

Experience:

At least 8 years of working experience as project management officer in a complex multidisciplinary environment.

Background in the Manufacturing or preferable the High Tech industry.

Experience with implementation of change and improvement projects or ability to do so.

Experience in leading a team and individual people is a preference.
