We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor for a premium Burger Franchise restaurant located in the heart of Preston. We take pride in providing a unique dining experience offering exquisite dishes and exceptional service. As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

Team Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during shifts.
Provide guidance and support to frontofhouse and kitchen teams.


Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor and maintain service standards.

Operational Support:
Assist in opening and closing procedures.
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.

Staff Training:
Train new employees on restaurant procedures and service standards.
Conduct ongoing training to enhance staff skills.

Quality Control:
Monitor food and beverage quality to uphold standards.
Address any discrepancies and collaborate with chefs for improvements.

Communication:
Act as a liaison between frontofhouse and kitchen teams.
Communicate effectively with management regarding operational needs.

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues diplomatically.

Monitor financial performance and contribute to strategies for improvement. Team Development: Participate in the recruitment, training, and management of restaurant staff. Nurture a positive work environment that fosters professional growth. Marketing and Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute promotional strategies. Serve as a representative of the restaurant in the local community. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry in the QSR space. Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational capabilities. Possess comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations and management. Excel in interpersonal and communication skills. Show understanding of financial aspects, including budgeting and financial reporting.
