About the Role

Dynamic Mobility Technology is looking for a highly organized determined and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. The sales Executive will provide support to implement the sales strategy for the company. The role is dynamic by nature as it will consist of B2B sales of software solutions to large midsized and small entities such as banks insurance companies pension firms SME businesses and others. The role requires a lot of field sales work and movement within Nairobi and the rest of Kenya. Further the role requires a degree of flexibility and agility as new products and features may emerge as the business evolves.





Requirements


About You:

MustHaves:

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Economics Marketing IT or related fields.

  • At least 3 years experience in sales preferably B2B tech sales and consultative/solution selling.

  • Proven track record of excellence in selling. Field sales will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

  • Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer s needs.

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback


Nice to have

  • Experience selling fintech solutions
