PAY: Minimum Wage.

SCHEDULE: This position is based on client needs and may require you to work days evenings and/or nights as well as holidays and weekends as needed.

Overview of Position

Successful candidate will assist the operations and product development team with various functions such as generating proposals client contracts working with vendors assisting with manifests booking transportation and other needs to execute a program.

Skills required

Must be professional motivated customer service oriented well organized and able to multitask well under pressure. Excellent phone and computer skills and strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Intern’s general:

• Understanding of destination management companies is a plus as well as hospitality industry experience.
• Graduating seniors are preferred.

Special Requirement: Must have valid driver’s license
