Job Description: HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process for technical positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
• Organize and facilitate interviews and assessment centers
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings
• Manage and update the applicant tracking system
• Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates
• Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Oversee employee performance evaluation processes
• Handle employee relations and address employee grievances
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Experience in recruiting technical professionals
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems

Please note that this is a parttime position with an annual salary range of £400000 to £600000.
