Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth across all channels (in-store, online, and mobile). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, website copy, and promotional materials. • Manage the marketing budget and track campaign performance to ensure ROI. • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, media partners, and other external partners. • Monitor and report on competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing strategy and identify areas for improvement. • Work closely with the Director of Business to develop long-term marketing plans and ensure alignment with company objectives.
