We are looking for an experienced call Call Center Representative/Customer service who wants to work from home for us.
We are hiring individuals who are customercentric and detailoriented have solid typing skills and are strong linguistically (verbal and written). An empathetic yet confident comportment is also an essential attribute.
Duties
Meet the established call center guidelines for answering calls.
Work effectively with coworkers agents policyholders or other departments as needed.
Research and resolve inquiries and communicate the results by telephone and written correspondence to the clients and other departments.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable way.
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
Previous experience in a customer support role
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
