The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a healthcare setting. As a CNA, you will work closely with patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being and comfort of individuals under your care. Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Take vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, and oxygen levels
- Document patient observations and report any significant changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Assist in turning and positioning immobile patients to prevent bedsores
- Aid in transferring patients from beds to wheelchairs or vice versa
- Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful interactions with patients
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient care delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms
- Adhere to infection control procedures and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up patient areas
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Prior experience working as a CNA preferred but not required for entry-level positions
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing procedures and techniques
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staffs
- A keen eye for detail and strong observational skills/li>
- The ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and assist patients as necessary
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
