Requirements:

Must have experience over 2 years operating a CNC mill machine for producing intricate steel parts. Ability to operate a crane or willingness to learn. Ability to operate a forklift or willing to learn. Must be able to read a tape measure, part details, and blueprints. Strong knowledge of CNC programming and G-code. Familiarity with various cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters. Ability to operate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate output. Must have mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Job Description:

Will set up and operate vertical milling machines, loading raw materials into the machine and securing them properly for machining. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to understand machining requirements. Monitor machine operations, adjusting as necessary to maintain quality and productivity. Perform routine maintenance on the machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts. Inspect finished products for accuracy, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the machining process. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
