SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
A Systems Administrator (SA) is responsible for supporting, managing, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting network and systems infrastructure solutions for our customers. The SA must be a team player yet work well independently, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft, LAN/WAN, Systems Management, and Help Desk Management technologies. Responsibilities include providing helpdesk services for client support agreements as well as implementing engineering solutions for IT projects.
