• Able to manage, direct the shop/store in order to achieve day-to-day activities.
• Assist Division Manager and the Sales Team, to implement strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Establishes repute with customers ensuring a supreme customer experience. Able to nurture relationship with in-store and external customers.
• Able to conduct in-store activities including promoting and organizing events in order to generate new business opportunities.
• Liaison between customers and technical support staff to ensure timely closure of customer inquiries and service issues.
