Job Purpose:

To Operationalise Policies, Steer the course of all decided actions, Co-ordinate, and Regulate the activities, and Promote the Aims, Objectives and the Goal of the CSR activities.


Job Responsibilities:

  • To Plan, Implement, Monitor and Evaluate, besides Train and Coordinate the CSR activities.
  • To be a team player and mentor for all the Stakeholders, more specifically, the program team and evolve modules of best-practices, with a high level of Happiness-Quotient.
  • Responsible for the overall planning of all the CSR activities on an annual basis and also for the immediate needs, short term targets, medium term milestones and long term sustainability of the programs.
  • Enable all the stake holders under each of the domain activities to prepare detailed operational plan which will ensure smooth functioning and delivery of the results, within the designated timeframe and budget.
  • Prepare detailed implementation plan of activities under respective domains and enable each unit in the administrative structure to function smoothly and deliver results in time.
  • Operationalisation of, Statutory laws, guidelines from various Authorities and all other mandatory/standing instructions, shall be ensured for compliance with due diligence, ensuring harmonious achievement of best results.
  • Design suitable methodologies for systematic, structured and scientific evaluation of each of the activities and or stakeholders and provide suitable suggestions, recommendations/ amendments to further the respective Causes.
  • Exercise due diligence in each and every financial transaction, especially receivables, contributions from various sources besides maintaining a clear set of records of amount handled by various Regions, Zones, Centres and Beneficiaries through designated structures and procedures.


Candidate Requirement:

15+ years of experience handling CSR portfolio in large organizations
