Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible for :

Good Networking / Acquaintance / Name Recall with SME Industry Associations and clients
.
Organizing SME events by liaison with Industry Bodies
.
Focus on lead generation of SME business in the important Knowledge Segments
.
Ability to Liaise / motivate the Branch Channel for Lead Generation
.
Ensure 100% collection performance by Robust Collection Monitoring
.
Develop good interpersonal skills with Cross Functional Teams
.
Good understanding of Balance Sheet /P&L. Ability to understand financial ratios and revert to Risk Team to effective improves TAT.

Ensure that Post Disbursal Documents are collected and complied well on time
Skills Required:
.
Leadership Bandwidth to handle a large team of 3-5 members
.
Domain Knowledge - Sound knowledge on SME Banking products
Education Requirements: MBA Finance/ Professional qualification like B.E./B.Tech/ Post Graduate in Domain Specialization like Agri/ Dairy Farming etc.
Work Experience: Minimum 15 - 20 years in SME sales
