Compensation: Base Pay BTW N250, 000.00 - N350, 000.00 monthly net plus other benefits

About Company: Our client is a fast-growing Construction and Renewable Energy Company with offices in Lagos and Akwa Ibom.

The Company is seeking to hire a Business Development Executive who will be accountable for revenue growth, customer acquisition and customer relationship management within the company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and retain relationships with existing clients

Develop practical plans to Increase client base

Proactively manage relationships with existing clients and develop relationships with new clients.

Develop templates for business proposals

Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business

Identify and research opportunities that come up in new and existing markets

Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems

Develop and prepare proposals customized for each client s specific business needs

Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow up

Develop rapport with key decision-makers

Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation

Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings



Requirements

First Degree from a reputable institution.

3-5 years experience in the renewable and construction companies

Proven track record in sales

Proven account management experience

Strong prospecting skills and extensive customer-facing experience.

Must be well organized and demonstrate good attention to detail

Advanced presentation and persuasive skills

Must be self-motivated and able to work under extreme pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation).

Must be task-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
