Strategize and Execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations in city
The City Operations Manager has the end-to-end responsibility for delivering on all these aspects as per the internal norms of the company.
Evaluate and report on OKRs, Fill Rate , Customer complaint , OTD , DMS & new process adherence.
Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
Maintain supply chain of milk and non-milk products.
Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
Manage workflow and day to day operations
Explore opportunities for reducing the overall Cost Per Delivery
responsible for leading all downstream, delivery related operations across the city
Ensure prompt responses to queries /concerns raised by the teams and Delivery Executives thereby clearing doubts if any
Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.
Ensure supply chain processes meet statuary requirements and standards as per company SOP
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
Create the company s supply chain strategy and making sure 100% delivery vs ordered
