Master Data and Reporting (m/f/d)

The Master Data and Reporting team gathers, arranges, and inspects data using various procedures to deduce information that can be used to shape company s/BSC strategy. The team supports operational and Management teams by monitoring and analyzing master & key data and preparing reports/ dashboards according to needs.

Tasks

- You gather raw data from the key operational systems, aggregates such data to facilitate its interpretation and analyzes, with due consideration for the influence of missing information, outliers, plus confounding and extraneous variables

- You identify areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement

- Furthermore you will define and implement data strategies, policies and controls in collaboration with operational teams

- You extracts, design, and builds reporting dashboards using Tableau or Excel, according to the center needs

- In addition you will work together with the process improvement team and support them to build data-driven business cases

- You work together with the process mining (Celonis) team and support them to; successfully implement the tool, build valuable data reporting and identify process outliers and improvement areas

Requirements

- You have a university degree and minimum of three years experience in reporting, data analytics or related roles

- Moreover you have some know-how of SAP (Order to Cash) and Salesforce

- On top of this you have deep know-how in Excel and know your way with Power Query & Tableau

- You know the basics of coding with SQL and/or another coding language (R, Python, etc.) and you can speak English fluently
