Job Responsibilities:

The CSP Project Manager Coordinator is an integral member of the Crusher Products Engineering. It guides the engineering team to success by collaborating, planning, monitoring and closing on projects desired by product management

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop quarterly product roadmaps for new product development with product management guidelines
• Collaborate with product managers and Engineering Manager to prioritize active workload
• Transform the product manager’s backlog of ideas into engineering deliverables
• Create and maintain project documentation for active projects
• Ensure the engineering team delivers tasks on committed projects to deadlines
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings on critical issues of projects

Basic Requirements:

• Experience in strategic planning, change management or project management
• Traveling (both domestically and internationally) up to 5% per year
• Self-motivated and driven
• Good organizational skills combined with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent client management and business literacy skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management Professional certification a plus
• Scrum Master certification a plus
