Job Description

- Produce the complete range of products we offer, manage our production flow and inventory control, and oversee employees responsible for packaging and shipping products to ensure products are made and delivered to our customers according to our best-in-class standards in a timely focused manner.
- Create work orders, manage production schedules, possess the flexibility required to change and adapt production as needs change. Must have experience understanding and controlling time management.
- Coordinate production flow with order fulfillment, packaging needs and shipping.
- Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials, finished goods and packaging by coordinating with staff responsible for ordering.
- Independent problem solving skills are very important, must think like an owner.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized work environment.
- Help out wherever needed and pitch in with other employees. Help train and manager our packaging and shipping employees.
- Be able to focus like a laser on projects or tasks.
- Understand basic math and computer operating techniques.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that is focused, but also enjoyable.
- Be energetic about our brand and company.
