- Directed 50 member crew of craftsmen and frontline supervisors. Oversaw assigned portion of new construction project. Took on field engineer role, ensuring alignment between engineering department and field construction. Supervised construction and extraction worker activity.
- Eliminated employee injury incidents while in supervisory role by fostering team awareness of safety processes and carefully and continuously supervising staff operations.
- Delivered all projects within time, quality, and budget frameworks by taking proactive approach to issue resolution and continuously measuring process momentum against required outcomes.
- Forged crew member trust and built effective teams by clearly communicating expected results, interacting on personal levels, and promoting open dialogue with each craftsman.
- Offered a permanent position and 2 promotions after demonstrating outstanding team management and project coordination abilities.
- Responsible for all piping installation from groundwork to mechanical completion.
- Ensure that all subordinates are trained and knowledgeable of specifications and work procedures and that work is being performed in conformance with specified quality requirements.
- Play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
- Site supervision pertaining to structural and piping erection as per design and specifications.
- Project coordination with other discipline such as Civil, E&I, Insulation and Painting.
