Job Description

  • Cooperating and coordinating with the appropriate organization and specialists to choose and analyze hospitality assets that are a good fit for acquisition and to see that the acquisition process is carried out successfully.
  • Finding and assessing the best operators and brands for the Companys various types and classes of hospitality assets, as well as taking part in all branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Supervise asset upgrade and/or redevelopment efforts and work with the appropriate experts and specialists to ensure best utilization of the assets.
  • Conduct regular analyses and interpretations of revenue, demand drivers, financial reporting, and management data to gauge how well hospitality assets are performing. As needed, develop short- and long-term strategies to improve performance.
  • Complete a study of the ongoing, in-depth loss and profit statement reports for the assets that were given to you.
  • Close communication and coordination with all designated operators and service providers to guarantee prompt and appropriate:
  • Conducting routine on-site property inspections to find problems with tidiness, service quality, and property conditions and take corrective action to ensure the assets operate and function physically as planned.
  • Weekly, monthly, and quarterly compilation and submission of the regular market and operational reports, making ensuring they are correct and completed on time.
  • Gathering and using market information pertinent to the specific assets and locales in order to enhance operating outcomes and best practices.
  • Upkeep of current data on demographics, changes in supply and demand, and all markets that affect the functionality and positioning of the specific assets
  • Evaluate and analyze annual operational budgets and quarterly reporting, and support the financial and accounting department with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Ensure that all asset-related management and other agreements are followed.
  • Work with the executive leadership team to build the strategic plans for the hotel.
  • Constantly record, monitor, and communicate to ensure the effectiveness of the portfolio or assigned assets.



Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years of working experience in asset management
  • At least a Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Property / Real Estate Management or any equivalent field
  • Outstanding leadership abilities and communication capabilities
  • Willingness to travel for business
