Job Description:
The Principal Architect Identity Management will design, deploy, configure, and implement a leading Identity Governance (IGA) solution based on customer requirements. As an expert in deploying Identity Governance solutions, the primary responsibility will be to lead Saviynt solution deployments to meet customer requirements
Daily Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
- 10 years in system, cloud, security administration, systems, network, or security engineering, and/or Security Engineer/Architect/Consultant
- 5 years of cloud architecture experience in Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon AWS designing and implementing security and/or identity related systems
- Experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies and processes (secure software development (Application Security), data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments
- Expert knowledge administering AD, Azure AD and ADFS in hybrid O365 environments, SSO, Enterprise Application configurations
- Expert knowledge administering AD and Azure AD identity and security services such as Conditional Access Policies, Privileged identity Management, Azure Identity protection, App Registrations and Enterprise Apps, Self-Service Password Reset, Connect
- Expert analyzing security risks with proposed changed to AD, AAD, ADFS, Domain Controllers, GPOs, etc. and providing an understandable summary of those risks to management for proper implementation decisions
- Working knowledge of common and industry standard cloud-native/cloud-friendly authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OpenID, etc.).
- Experience with service-oriented architecture for cloud-based services
- Experience working with cloud security and governance tools, cloud access security brokers (CASBs), and server virtualization technologies. Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories, principles, and concepts; application infrastructure and standards; networking fundamentals
- Experience working with Security-related Conditional Access policy configurations and AD Group Policies as determined by cyber threats and operational requirements (MFA, Device Posture)
- Deep knowledge of AD DS, ADFS, Azure AD, DNS, networks, DMZs, network security zones etc.
- Experience as a subject matter expert (SME) Senior Engineer or Architect in a large hybrid AD environment with the proven ability to coordinate technical efforts and resolve issues across multiple teams
- PowerShell scripting experience and capabilities are a plus
