CRM Manager (f/m/x) - Berlin Office

What you will be doing

• Developing our global CRM strategy for B2B and B2C purposes.
• Creating and planning of newsletter campaigns for our customers in more than 35 domains worldwide.
• Analyzing CRM KPIs and adjusting future strategies accordingly.
• Collaborating with the Content & Product Departments in order to achieve the best results.
• Continuous evaluation of our CRM processes in order to constantly improve.

More about you

• Successfully finished your Bachelor s or Master s degree in business administration, communications or a similar field.
• 2 years+ of relevant working experience in customer relationship management or email marketing.
• Previous experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot or similar.
• Familiar with HTML and CSS.
• You are fluent in English since it is our company language. German fluency is an advantage.
• Data driven & have strong analytical skills.
• You are energetic, and you love to roll up your sleeves and dig in.
• You are a good communicator and able to enthuse others with your positive attitude.
• You thrive in environments that constantly adapt and evolve.
