Tasks

We're looking for a talented individual with a curious mind. As a SDR, you'll partner with our CEO. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of Abyssale.

Your missions, if you accept them :

  • Use strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline.
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer s journey to help them learn how Abyssale can scale their marketing & design efforts.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
  • Dissect and qualify prospects business goals to determine if Abyssale can be a strategic investment.
  • Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy and provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Requirements

  • Experience: You have at least 2 year of experience as SDR or Sales (ideally in a fast-paced environment) among a well-developed sales team and ideally, you will be able to share best practices.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you want to help us develop a Sales department.
  • Resilience: You are combative and you love challenges (it is necessary to know how to cold call).
  • Mastery: You have already used a CRM and you know how to work with data enrichment tools: Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Waalaxy, etc
  • Communication skills: You are able to listen and communicate with external and internal partners; you are also able to write email sequences in order to chase your prospects.
  • Curious mindset: You are curious, open-minded, adaptable, a fast learner, and excited by a dynamic technological startup environment.
  • Languages: You speak both French and English

Our hiring process:

  • A 20 min video call with one of our Founders, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have.
  • A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together.
  • A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Abyssale could be like.
  • A final onsite interview with our CEO and the opportunity to meet the rest of the team.
  • On average our process lasts 10 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours
