Job Description:
The Community Support Administrative Agent plays a key role in our Community Support operations. Working in a call-center environment, this detail oriented, confident, and courteous employee will support customers in an administrative role.
The Community Support Administrative Agent will focus on reporting, data entry, and problem solving behind the scenes. In addition, this person must have confidence to make quick and accurate decisions, use independent judgment, and have the ability to determine when situations should be escalated.
